Who counts as a user?
Anyone who can add or change records — inspections, kits, incidents, training. Read-only viewers, such as managers or auditors who only look, are free on every plan and never count towards your users.
What happens when I go over my plan's kits, sites or users?
Nothing stops working. Anything past what your plan includes is added to your monthly bill as an extra. The app shows you the price and asks before you add it, and the rates are in our Terms. Read-only viewers are always free. If you'd have a lot of extras, a bigger plan may work out cheaper.
Is there a permanent free plan?
No. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to keep adding and changing records.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is Inspector right for my inspection company?
If you inspect first aid kits for other organisations, yes. It includes unlimited client sites, the inspector workflow, and certificates and reports with your own branding. Add team members as extra users. Incident reporting isn't included — your clients record their own incidents on their plan.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Subscription and tap Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No data is deleted immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Invoice or bank transfer is available for annual Business plans and Custom plans — contact us.
