Is there a permanent free plan?
No. FirstAidLog offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Does the Inspector plan suit compliance businesses?
Yes. The Inspector plan is designed for WHS consultants and first aid compliance businesses that conduct inspections on behalf of other organisations. It includes unlimited site connections, white-label evidence bundles, and third-party inspection workflows.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Subscription and tap Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No data is deleted immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Invoice/bank transfer available for Business annual plans — contact us.
